Rimfire Benchrest

Match Results

Titusville Rifle & Pistol Club hosts monthly Benchrest matches purely for .22 LR caliber rimfire rifles. Matches are shot at 50 yards on one of two different targets, depending on whether iron sights or scopes are used. In Benchrest, rifle rests are a necessity, but bi-pods and adjustable elevation supports are popular too. It's all about accuracy here, so it pays to be patient and deliberate. It's a lot of fun, and is a great opportunity to pick some brains to learn how to shoot even better!

Bowling Pin

Match Results

Hosted by TRPC every fourth Saturday, Bowling Pin matches are unlike any other. Pin shooting is the most enjoyable of the shooting sports, and one of the easiest ways of introducing a new shooter to regular competitive shooting. Shooters compete head-to-head in a race to knock bowling pins from a table about 30 ft. away in the shortest elapsed time. Shooting is conducted with revolvers and semi-auto pistols, against bowling pins, steel pins, or steel plates. Occasionally it is configured as a two-gun match, combining pistols and carbines, either in .22 cal., pistol calibers, or both. Pin shooting appeals to both genders!
